Robert Englund Robert Englund est né en 1949 à Glendale, Californie. Il commence sa carrière de comédien au théâtre où il joue pendant plusieurs années. En 1974 il tourne dans son premier flim "Buster and Billie", sous la direction de Daniel Petrie. Dix ans plus tard un jeune réalisateur lui propose un rôle dans un flim d'horreur, ce réal' tout le monde le connait c'est bien sûr Wes Craven. Le rôle c'est celui de "Freddy Krueger", le rôle phare de Robert Englund. Il enchaine alors les Freddy. L'autre rôle pour lequel Robert est connu c'est celui de Willie le sympathique homme-lézard de "V". Après il ne tournera quasiment que dans des flims d'horreurs. Il a aussi réalisé trois flims "976-EVIL", "Killer Pad" et "Vij". On le retrouve au coté de Jenna jameson dans "Zombie Stripper" qui sort bientôt en dvd chez nous. Il semblerait qu'il ne jouerait pos dans le remake de "Nightmare on Elm Street". Robert Englund est un acteur fort sympathique que l'on retrouve toujours avec plaisir.
